We understand that customers with warranty or ESP coverage expect their issues to be covered under these programs. We work hard to ensure any coverage is applied wherever possible. However, if no warrantable issue is identified or no problem is detected, there may be charges for the time spent investigating your concerns.
Cabot Lincoln's service department is equipped with advanced tools, and our technicians undergo continuous training to provide top-notch service. Tire changes require manual handling and the use of equipment, which can sometimes result in minor marks on wheels due to unavoidable contact. Cabot Lincoln cannot assume responsibility for such incidental damage.
Our commitment to quality service includes ensuring that all wheel nuts are properly torqued after any wheel is removed. Despite this, it's possible for lug nuts to loosen shortly after reinstallation. To avoid any safety risks or potential damage, we strongly recommend having the lug nut torque checked between 100-160 km after your wheels have been reinstalled.
We provide a range of warranty and insurance products, including the Diamond Kote tire and rim warranty, to protect against road hazard damage on public roads or highways. This coverage does not extend to normal tire wear or any damage that occurs off-road, while parked, or during storage.
We respect the privacy of our customers and staff. Therefore, please note that any dash cams or recording devices in your vehicle may be turned off during service. We ask that you disable these devices beforehand.

In some cases, however, additional repairs or diagnosis may be necessary to ensure your safety, and to make sure your vehicle is fixed right, the first time. This may require your vehicle to remain at our dealership until the needed repairs are completed. While we work hard to prevent such a wait, Cabot Lincoln cannot assume responsibility for any personal or business loss or inconvenience incurred.
At Cabot Lincoln, we pride ourselves on having the required parts on hand to complete your repair. In some cases, special-order parts may need to be ordered which could result in delays. These instances are beyond our control and Cabot Lincoln cannot be held liable for any loss incurred due to parts delays, backorders, or supply chain issues.
Appointments are booked based on customers' needs to have their vehicle serviced. When booking appointments, please be sure to advise the service advisor of all repairs required, so we can give you a sufficient timeframe for completion. If additional repairs are added after your appointment request, we may need to rebook another appointment to have these add-ons completed.
